Tasting notes

Colour: Purple, hints of ruby. Nose: Big, spicy warm fruit, some complexity.

Palate: Good richness and structure, showing a certain maturity on the finish.

 

Food matches

An ideal accompaniment for Roasted suckling lamb, cured Iberian ham and all kind of cheeses.

Serve between 16°C and 18°C.
